We're opening this issue there, with live jazz beneath a historic cathedral, art inside a Romanesque former post office and foothill trails overlooking the valley. Western Wall, Jerusalem
Visit one of Judaism’s most sacred sites, the Western Wall, a surviving remnant of the ancient Temple complex. Known as the “Wailing Wall,” it welcomes people from around the world who come to pray. Stand with the Jewish people in this deeply meaningful place and tuck your own handwritten prayer between its ancient stones.
